Found a vulnerability?
Responsible disclosure is welcome and we take it seriously.
Email security [at] virtualwednesday.com with the vulnerability, reproduction steps, and any impact assessment. We’ll acknowledge within 72 hours and keep you updated through remediation.
Safe harbor. We won’t pursue legal action against good-faith security research conducted under the disclose.io terms. Please don’t access member data beyond what’s required to demonstrate the issue, and give us a reasonable window to fix before public disclosure.
A few things to know
- Response time. Usually within 1–2 business days. Security and privacy requests are treated as urgent.
- If your account is at risk (compromised access, suspicious payment activity), say so in the subject line and we’ll move it to the top of the queue.
- We’re a small team. That means real people read your message. It also means we can’t always reply in an hour. We’ll get back to you.
- What this inbox isn’t for. Sales pitches, marketing partnerships, “I came across your site” outreach, AI-agent solicitations, and unsolicited business development don’t get a reply. We focus on members and people who’d become members. Everything else routes to the void.
